Hi, I’m Katie Giblin, a financial planner and the founder of River City Taxes. For the past five years, I’ve helped individuals, couples, and small business owners feel more confident and at ease with their financial lives through my work at Riverside Wealth Advisors. Over time, I noticed a growing need: my clients wanted not only clear financial guidance, but also trustworthy, accessible tax help from someone who truly understood their bigger financial picture.

That’s why I launched River City Taxes — to bring financial planning and tax preparation together in one supportive, collaborative experience. My approach is warm, educational, and grounded in real-life conversations. I believe people make their best decisions when they feel informed, empowered, and understood.

I specialize in tax-efficient retirement income planning, helping clients reduce unnecessary taxes, maximize long-term wealth, and feel confident about their future. I’m married to my husband, Kyle Nail, and together we’re raising two wonderful kids — Warner (6) and Eleanor (4) — who keep life lively and full of purpose. When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find us outside, exploring our local community, or enjoying family time in the Florida sunshine.
